PORT Magazine invited Yulong Lli to illustrate a feature on Paul Smith, following an interview conducted with the designer via video from his London office.

The collaboration held a personal resonance for Yulong: during his graduate studies, he had completed an exchange program in Nottingham, Paul Smith’s hometown, and the city where the designer opened his first store. Alongside the interview, Yulong created the accompanying illustrations for the editorial feature.
