Did a series of works on the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Poland in cooperation with the Polish Institute – Cultural Service of the Polish Embassy in Beijing.

I found some interesting shapes from Polish folk crafts such as paper-cutting and wooden dolls, and combined the structure of traditional Chinese flowers and embroidery patterns to paint this work.

Although this series is about paying tribute to the great men and women in Polish history who changed the world, I still prefer to find inspiration from the perspective of ordinary people. After the residency in Kraków, I really like folk crafts even more, it's so nice that ordinary people's love for life is directly reflected in very everyday life scenes, full of vitality and energy, without any explanations or grand narratives.
