Questions About Working Process

  • We begin by discussing your brand vision, campaign objectives, and timeline. I will provide 2-3 creative drafts along with corresponding color palette options for your review. Mood boards will also be included unless a clear direction has already been established by the client.

  • I accept up to three rounds of revisions in total. Once the draft and color palette are confirmed, the revision process for those stages is not reversible. Any further changes beyond the allowed revisions may incur an additional fee.

  • All color relationships become very clear at this stage. While I can accept small changes in color or construction, please try not to modify your decisions regarding the color palette during this coloring process.

  • Once the final approval has been made to prepare the layered files, no further adjustments or modifications will be accepted without incurring an additional fee.

  • I primarily work with Adobe Photoshop and Procreate. If your project requires layered files (e.g., PSD), please let me know at the start so I can prepare them accordingly.

  • Yes, I can create simple GIFs and frame-by-frame animations using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. For large-scale or complex animation projects, I collaborate with specialized studios and can provide all necessary production files.
