Krakow Diary

Developed during an artist residency in Krakow, this project translates daily observations into a series of visual works.

The series is rooted in diary fragments and written reflections, where everyday experiences are reinterpreted through image and composition. Observed details are distilled into visual notes, forming a narrative that moves between documentation and abstraction.

Material references emerge through this process. The recurring presence of blue, drawn from Polish ceramics, establishes a dialogue with Chinese ceramic traditions, connecting distinct cultural contexts through shared visual language.

The project concludes with a ceramic piece, extending the diary from image into object, where memory, material, and place converge.
