Brave Hearts

This project is a short frame-by-frame animation created for Chinese Valentine’s Day, inspired by the Hungarian animated film “Johnny Corncob” (1973) by Marcell Jankovics.

Drawing from the visual simplicity and expressive language of the original work, the animation reinterprets themes of love and courage through a contemporary perspective.

Through rhythmic movement and stylised forms, the piece presents a narrative that balances emotional intensity with visual clarity, translating a classic story into a personal and culturally layered context.
